Sichuan Jiazhou International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. was established in July 2020 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, with 65% of shares owned by Sichuan International Expo Group (including 10% of shares held by Sichuan International Expo Group, 35% by Sichuan International Brand Communication Co., Ltd., and 20% by Sichuan International Exhibition Co., Ltd.), and 35% of shares held by Leshan municipal state-owned enterprises (including 20% held by Leshan SAIO Group Co., Ltd., 5% by Leshan Giant Buddha Tour Group, 5% by Emeishan Tourism Co., Ltd., and 5% by Leshan High-tech Investment & Construction Development Co., Ltd.). The company is jointly funded by 7 provincial and municipal state-owned enterprises, and now actively responds to the requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government for SIE to integrate convention and exhibition resources of Sichuan province and maximize the respective resources superiority.

Jiazhou Exhibition Group is the first innovative enterprise in Leshan that integrates provincial and municipal state-owned capitals. It is a subordinate enterprise of provincial key state-owned enterprises, while it is managed by Leshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in accordance with the key state-owned enterprises of Leshan, and Leshan Municipal Expo Affairs Bureau assumes the role of the industry competent department.
