To implement requirements on safety production and ensure safe and successful work resumption after the Spring Festival, SIE holds the 2022 Safety Precautions Meeting on February 18 for a good beginning of the new quarter. Yang Qinglong, Party Secretary and Chairman of SIE, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Yang Chuan, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman and General Manager of SIE, presided over the meeting. All the SIE leadership and heads of each department and subsidiary of SIE participated in the meeting.

Jiang Jun, Chief Economist of SIE, delivered the essentials of documents and meetings on work resumption after the Spring Festival and recent safety production.

Yang Qinglong said that there are many crucial, critical and good events to happen in 2022 and our enterprise is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges in terms of safety production. He also said that assuring safety production during special period and major events is bounden duty of SIE and all departments and subsidiaries should further perform their main responsibilities for epidemic prevention & control and safety production, and guarantee the security and high-efficiency completion of projects in the new year.

Yang Qinglong stressed that, first, we should fully recognize the current situation, increase political consciousness and enhance the sense of mission for safety development; second, we should implement the responsibilities, stick to the bottom line of safety and fully ute the full staff responsibility system for safety production; third, we should keep an eye on key issues, implement accurate control and strict requirements of "Six Musts" for the safety production after the Spring Festival; fourth, we should create a good atmosphere and serve the overall interests of development to ensure SIE a good start in 2022 in terms of operations. He stated that the idea of safety production must be implemented during the whole working process, tasks must be implemented in a strict and prompt way and the outcome must be positive. In the new year, SIE is developing towards a positive direction. All departments and subsidiaries must improve their political consciousness and make plans in advance, especially for the Western China International Fair, Sichuan Agricultural Expo, original IP events and other major exhibitions. We should jointly study the ways to maintain safety production and promote business development, and stay alert while making the first step to create a nice environment for the kick-off of this quarter and guarantee that the results of 2022 would be made in a safe and smooth way.
