On July 22, SIE holds 2021 Semi-Annual Work Safety Meeting. Wang Wanjun, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Director of the Security Commission of SIE attended the meeting.

The Security Commission of SIE reported on the overall situation of the safety production in the first half of the year and presented the following work plan. During this meeting, six companies of the SIE, i.e., Exhibition Company, Events Company, Brand Communication Company, Lighting Technology Company, Property Development Company and Jiazhou Exhibition Group, gave reports on their work and exchanged experience.

Wang Wanjun proposed 5 requirements for the safety production work in the next half of the year. First, increase consciousness and strengthen the concept of safety. Second, enhance the leadership and organization and implement safety responsibilities. Third, reinforce system construction and complete working mechanisms. Fourth, build a strong safety protection line and hold the bottom line of safety production. Fifth, assure the safety work of major events. He stressed that all departments and subsidiaries of SIE should learn the successful methods of safety production of Sichuan SASAC and SIE, enhance the construction of emergency response plan systems for the 18th Western China International Fair and other large-scale exhibitions, and conduct the daily safety inspection for the production enterprises and large events of SIE.

Heads of departments and subsidiaries of SIE, the persons in charge of the safety production of subsidiaries, and the full-time (part-time) safety management personnel of the SIE and its subsidiaries participated in the meeting.
